We went to Ramen Bar on Locust street today.  I tried a ramen with pork and soy sauce.  It was very delicious.

The most interesting thing about real ramen, as opposed to the prepackaged super cheap stuff, is the broth.  It may be simple liquid, but the broth provides an interesting full bodiedness that I can’t quite describe.  It makes it very nice to just keep taking spoons of the broth.
